Description
Strengths
Our worship community seeks a compassionate priest who will care for the concerns and needs of the parish. We long for a person who will share the teachings of Jesus as a dynamic worship leader.
The people of Grace realize that no single person can do everything alone, so it is our fervent hope that our leader can see value and joy in working together, and thereby delegate tasks and responsibilities among our worship community.
There is an abundance of opportunities available at Grace, and in our communities, to be the hands and feet of God in the world.
Challenges
We are still processing our grief following the unexpected death of our previous rector. We have taken time to allow for space for grieving and to comfort each other, but we suspect this process will continue for some time yet. The late rector's widower continues to participate in the life of our community, and we continue to offer him support and comfort.
