Strengths
This is a well resourced parish that is actively engaged in the life of the Diocese (also two parishioners currently serve on the Bishop's staff).
This parish is a a founding member of CEEP (not the Episcopal Parish Network) and the Rector is committed to active participation and presence in this organization.
Challenges
The demographics of the area have shifted and are somewhat ever changing as families move in an out for school system.
As with many parishes, CCSH continues to evaluate it's mission and ministry following the pandemic.
