St. Peter's is a warm community that enjoys Anglican worship traditions and values intellectual, thought-provoking sermons. We are a relatively small parish and depend on the active engagement of parishioners to maintain the life of the church, whether through outreach, volunteering at coffee hour and in the altar guild, reading and ushering, or submitting articles to the church's newsletters.

To be a thriving church community, we want to do more to attract new parishioners. We believe that a more robust children's education program, for example, would benefit families with young children. Also, our small parish – where everyone seems to know everyone else – can easily feel closed to newcomers. We are looking for ways to change that perception.
