Strengths
Multi-clergy staff. All paid quartet in the organ balcony--that's all that can fit! Great formation programming. Strong links to ministry in Haiti. Well-resourced congregation in Maryland's beautiful horse country. Stunning grounds and a large, beautiful rectory. Last rector did a great job of keeping the peace, after her predecessor tried to take St John's out of TEC. Strong lay leadership and people love their community.
Challenges
After a month, the interim was let go and the assistant has been holding down the fort for all of 2023.
