Description

Strengths

St. John's is a traditional small church in a tiny town in Western-Central Maine.  Brownville Junction was once a booming railroad town, but the railroad is mostly gone, and the town is a remnant of its former self.  The church therefore functions more as if it were a rural church, gathering people from all over the region.  The congregation seeks a quarter-time rector who can lead them in worship and spiritual growth, offer Bible studies and pastoral care.
