Maintenance of our physical church plant
● Over reliance on the Endowment to supplement annual budget needs
● Slow general decline of pledging members and congregation getting older
● Outreach to attract families back to the church (low attendance of children and
youth)
● The church facility supports multiple community organizations as a mission hub
serving community needs yet we have yet to be successful in bringing these
groups into the life of the worshipping community
● Staffing (hiring of Christian Ed director, establish performance reviews, develop
job descriptions for each position)
● Strengthen youth ministry throughout the year
● Strengthen Adult formation activity
