retried rector is just now completing moving out of the rectory and the vestry may need to make some upgrades to the property. The vestry would be willing to help supply temporary housing if the need arises.

Strengths
Engaged lay leadership, handsome church plant; 45 minutes to Raleigh Durham area and growth is heading to Henderson as well. There is a fully formed Latino congregation here that has been created and served by the retiring Rector. Bi-lingual would be a strong benefit.
