Loving, welcoming with engaged lay leaders

Over the past several decades various conflicts have arisen between rectors/staff, church leadership/EDS leadership and rectors/parishioners. We realize more open, compassionate and timely communication is needed to avert and resolve conflicts. In the hope of increasing communication the Vestry has implemented periodic “Parish Conversations” as an opportunity to openly discuss issues and concerns.
