This vibrant large resourced parish in a charming scenic town in the western part of the Diocese seeks an Interim, interested candidates should contact Canon Clark in the Bishop's Office. There is a wide range of what the Bishop' office and the parish could be open to depending on the candidate--i.e. full or part time, whether or not a PIC and eligible for election to Rector and so on. The Rector of 19 years is retiring in June. The parish seeks a priest that places Jesus at the center, that honors and embraces good liturgy and music and who is comfortable with preaching and ministering in a parish that happily embraces people representing a wide spectrum in various aspects of life, including a wide spectrum of "political opinions".

Liturgical style and practice

Broad Church BCP with a history of fine music. Warm and relaxed, yet worshipful and focused. Welcoming.

This is a connected parish with active lay leadership.  They know who they are and where they want to go.  Folks are committed to Christ and the work of the church.  The facility is large and in beautiful shape.  The congregation is truly warm and friendly.

This is a committed parish with active lay leadership.  They know who they are and where they want to go--they aren't certain they need to change much or to have ongoing conversation about how things may have changed.
