Profile is not yet poste but will be shortly. This is an historic parish with an incredible music program and a commitment to the City of Worcester. They are racially diverse. They have resources.

Profile coming shortly. It goes into detail about the last eight years or so: the call of a rector who ended up deposed and is now serving a prison sentence. The call of a priest-in-charge (initially for three years but extended to four during the pandemic) who has helped them re-gain their sense of balance and purpose. The biggest challenge will be the "lure" backwards rather than forward - no one is interested in going back to 2014 but there are some who long for the "glory days." The next rector will need to help them to embrace their best selves and seek mission and purpose for the 21st century in a changing (for the better) city.

All Saints has survived the removal of their previous rector from the parish and from the priesthood four years ago. They have had a very solid Priest in Charge, just recently welcomed a new Minister of Music, and are ready to look forward. I am waiting for some details and will update here when I have those. They need a priest who can both manage a complicated system administratively AND who is deeply grounded spiritually and theologically, a priest who knows who they are and who gets what servant leadership means.
