Strengths

We are family-oriented, welcoming, inclusive, open to change, active in the community, committed to each other and God with a strong desire to use Christ as a model for our actions.  We have a flourishing youth ministry, a robust music program and lay ministry, and a dedicated Vestry with expertise in many areas (law, banking/finance, business management, education, music, mechanical engineering).  Our facility and central location are strengths that gives us the ability to offer a home to outside groups and the potential to introduce them to the life of the church.

Challenges

We find challenges in deepening our spiritual journey with limited time, finding new ways to encourage Stewardship, committing to more year-round, non-liturgical ministries outside of the church like Laundry Love, growing a younger and more diverse congregation, searching for a solution to conflicting schedules on Sunday morning, losing our beloved choir master and organist.
