This is an unusual position -- an Episcopal and Lutheran church want to share a clergy team. This position would primarily serve the Lutheran church and once a month or so switch with the rector of the Episcopal Church. Primarily Sunday supply. Two houses are available and the rector would like to move into the Lutheran one so the Episcopal one would be available. These churches are within blocks of each other. Will eventually share administrators and maybe organist and custodian. Good Episcopal rector in place who will provide primary leadership. Opportunity for retired person to earn a little extra or have housing and opportunity to be part of an interesting experiment.

Need to learn Lutheran liturgy and culture! Lutheran Synod doesn't have any candidates that can work PT so will likely be two Episcopal clergy who need to be sensitive to not making the Lutheran's into Episcopalians.

This is an experiment so traveling into the unknown. Good hearted people but requires someone willing to be flexible and work with creating new ways of being church.
