Liturgical style and practice

Strengths

St James is healthy and well resourced financially, they have good lay leadership and some real self awareness about the future.  Their campus is in immaculate condition.  Their previous Rector was long-term, gifted and well bounded, and worked hard to prepared them for their departure.  They know they need to re-vision and restart.

Challenges

The parish is quite small in numbers and they do not have a Rectory.  The church buidling is also small, although there are good sized facilities and yard attached.  They are located in a neighborhood next to a library and can kind of blend in to the surroundings.
