From parish search committee:

"St. George's is sound financially and has a history of strong lay leadership. The church has a tradition of placing God at the center of their activities and operations, thereby avoiding the squabbles and dysfunctions that often plague churches. There is consistent attendance. Our property is cared for, and there appears to be an enthusiastic and expectant outlook for developing new ministry opportunities".

From parish search committee:

"While in good repair, our church is old, so upkeep is constant. The buildings are only partially handicap-accessible. They sit atop a small hillside tract of land. The small parking lot fills quickly. Having three different worship with few regular interactions, St. George's can feel segregated into three different congregations.

St. George's population is continually evolving so we must always be improving fellowship, community connectedness, and communication with our congregants. Because our area is expensive to live in, longtime congregants often leave after retirement or when their children finish school, and we must thoughtfully welcome newcomers to incorporate them into our parish life and ministries, encourage them to be active participants, and nurture them towards roles of leadership and meaningful stewardship".

An exciting, vibrant and growing congregation that desires and embraces true diversity. This church offers several of its members for ministry and service in our wider diocese
