Strengths

A multi-generational parish though, at present, a small congregation, All Faith is well positioned to be rebuilt.  Working together with the congregation’s key lay leaders, many of whom have helped All Faith through years of transition in clergy leadership, the Priest-in-Charge has the opportunity to grow the congregation and exert significant leadership in the local community and the wider church.

Challenges

This parish requires the ability to navigate and mediate conflict and change, and necessitates a missionary’s zeal for the Gospel. Financial compensation afforded to the Priest-in-Charge is very limited at this time.

Comments

Strong lay leadership has kept this parish going through very adverse circumstances, including the death of their last rector.
