Strengths

Both parishes have strong lay leadership that has been managing the affairs of the parishes for over two years.  The parishes are located in counties in Maryland that are experiencing growth, and both have the potential to connect more deeply with their surrounding communities.

Challenges

The parishes have been with out settled clergy leadership for over two years.  They have had a group of dedicated retired clergy who have rotated in leading Sunday and special worship services.  Both parishes are anxious to have settled clergy leadership.
